| Policies and Returns We guarantee 100% satisfaction, however if you are unsatisfied with your item(s), you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your original purchase. Items must be in new condition with all original tags attached, accompanied by a return code. Please contact us at inquiries@trulineapparel.com to receive a return code and include it with the return shipment. Please understand that each piece is handmade and therefore subject to slight variances in color, size, and decoration placement. Items with such variances will be returnable as deemed appropriate by a TruLine Apparel team member. If you chose to return an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees unless otherwise specified. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will not be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchange item. All sales are final for locations outside of the United States. We do not accept returns for international shipments, including Canada and Mexico. All clearance and custom item sales are final unless otherwise specified in the sales terms. Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally inventory may be backordered or temporarily out of stock. Backordered items are typically fulfilled within 3-4 weeks. TruLine Apparel will not give or sell your contact information to a third party without your express written consent. Contact information acquired is used exclusively for order fulfillment and customer service purposes. |
